- Tespit Edilen Sorun: The SE aims at facilitating professional education and employment of people with disabilities and special education needs
- Sunulan Çözüm: Babale comprises of 2 spaces-creative workshop, where young people with special needs get education and exhibition space, where the items are displayed
- Sosyal Etki: The SE has nine employees, among them 5 are people with disabilities. However, when they work on corporate orders, they increase number of employees up to 17; Salary of employees increases on regular basis; All beneficiaries of children’s inclusive art workshop, which functions within the SE Babale, in between, 10 people with disabilities have an access to free educational courses; Revenue of SE is reinvested in further development of SE in order to ensure more services for beneficiaries; The SE is self-sustainable, its revenues covers all costs;
