- Sunulan Çözüm: Hirafi is a multilingual computer application platform that is easy and intuitive to use. It uses your GPS to find the nearest craftsmen at the time of the request, and facilitates the exchange between the craftsmen and customer through a real-time communication tool. Its methodology aims to adopt new technologies absent in Morocco and north Africa in order to satisfy the local market needs.
- Sosyal Etki: Hirafi app aims to highlight the quality of craftsmen services at the national level. Hirafi also helps upcoming craftsmen by providing them with free training, thus decreasing the unemployment rate and keeping this form of art alive. Hirafi offers full-time employment for craftsmen, providing stable earnings throughout the year. Thanks to this new technology, craftsmen can gain Auto-entrepreneur status, which allows them to benefit from social security coverage for them and their families. Hirafi is funded through a number of different sources, including donors, foreign aid and some national support. Craftsmen can register free of charge without having to pay anything. Indeed the application does provide the certification for these trainees, this certification is granted by OFPPT.
