The program raises awareness of women’s equality and integrates cultural traditions such as embroidery, art, and music with entrepreneurship training and other life skills. Upon graduation, grants and partnerships are offered to select individuals to launch their own businesses. These partnerships are resource-based and linked to markets and other retailers for further support.
