- Sunulan Çözüm: To only hire youth who face barriers to the labour market to work as couriers and back office staff and to do so as a for-profit business. In this way, they would help these youth to “turn around” their lives.
- Sosyal Etki: TurnAround Couriers has evolved from just providing work to a target population, to also providing them with access to education, to also enabling them to participate in company healthcare and dental plans. Additionally, for each food delivery performed, TurnAround Couriers makes a donation to food banks in the neighbourhoods in which they work. To date, TurnAround Couriers has helped over 185 youth to turn around their lives.
