Bishkek is growing and developing every year. The city is developing new buildings. The population of the city is growing due to many migrants. In the city center, housing is expensive. Therefore, new areas appear in the outskirts of the city. Many migrants live in these areas. There are no conditions that include schools and kindergartens.
