In 2012, when the SE started operating it had 7 employees. Since then number of employees increased up to 25. Year after year the SE is increasing the volume of production and its variety. In 2016 the SE increased its production twice. In 2016 Sobisuri added the juice of unique Georgian grape Dirbula to its assortment
