Minimum age and event images
- The minimum membership age is now 16 in every country. Users aged 16–17 join in a limited mode with parental consent: the emergency blood module and commercial messages are off.
- Photos and videos taken at events and volunteering activities may be used by hangel and the organising institution on social media and websites. For people whose face is recognisable, this needs separate, optional explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings › Privacy.
- Organisations grant hangel a licence to use the photos and videos they upload for promotion, and confirm they have obtained the necessary permissions.
