Cookie Policy (Nigeria)

1. What we use

• Essential cookies — session, security, language choice. Always on; the service cannot work without them.
• Analytics cookies — anonymised usage statistics. Enabled only with your consent via the banner or the cookie preference centre.
• Affiliate identifiers — when you continue to a partner store, the affiliate network sets its own click identifier so the purchase is attributed and hangel receives the commission from which it donates. These files belong to the networks and are governed by their policies.

2. Managing your choice

You make your choice in the cookie banner and can change it at any time in the cookie preference centre (Settings → Contracts → Cookie Policy) or in your browser settings. Consent records are kept in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Rejecting analytics does not limit the service; blocking affiliate identifiers may mean that no donation arises from your purchase.

3. Lifetimes

Session cookies are deleted when the browser closes; persistent cookies last at most 13 months or until you withdraw consent.
