Infrastructure and service standard designed around KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), Law No. 2860 on Charitable Fundraising, and Law No. 5253 on Associations.
European Union
Our service standard, designed around GDPR data protection standards and the EAA (European Accessibility Act) technical accessibility regulations.
United States
COPPA child data protection and ADA accessibility principles are taken into account. The association is not a US 501(c)(3) organization; gifts are not US tax-deductible.
United Kingdom
Compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and the UK public sector digital accessibility criteria at WCAG 2.1 AA level.
Latin America
Our service standard, designed around regional data protection and consumer rights laws, led by Brazil's LGPD.
