Les politiques de l’association Uluslararası Sosyal Fayda Derneği, qui gère hangel, réunies au même endroit. Chaque politique décrit ce que nous faisons réellement aujourd’hui et indique ouvertement ce que nous n’avons pas encore fait et ce vers quoi nous travaillons.

Éthique et gouvernance

Code of Ethics
The core values everyone who works, volunteers or speaks for hangel follows: honesty, human dignity and accountability.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Zero tolerance for bribery; platform decisions cannot be bought and payments are made through banks and recorded.
Conflict of Interest Policy
Conflicts are declared in writing before a decision and the person declaring steps back.
Whistleblowing Policy
Misconduct is reported to kvkk@hangel.org with the subject "Whistleblowing — Confidential", anonymously if preferred; retaliation is prohibited.
Partnership and Organisational Due Diligence Policy
Approval of organisation applications, matching with official association records and review of statutes and activity certificates.
Risk Management Policy
A draft likelihood × impact method; no approved risk register yet.
Crisis and Business Continuity Policy
Daily backups, monitoring and breach records exist; no written continuity plan, RTO/RPO or restore test yet.
AI Ethics Policy
AI drafts, people decide; areas of use, providers, contribution trail and use declaration.
Gifts and Hospitality Policy
No gifts during decisions and no cash; token items are acceptable and doubts are declared.
Human Rights and Modern Slavery Statement
A voluntary statement against forced labour, trafficking and child labour; volunteering does not replace paid work.
Supplier and Third-Party Policy
Main service providers, shared data and data locations; no single supplier list yet.
Media and Press Policy
Authorised spokesperson, verified information, no unfounded claims; press contact turkiye@hangel.org.
Compliance Management Policy
The policy library, agreement versions, change history and legal desk; no compliance officer or calendar yet.

Privacy Policy (Summary and Links)
A summary of our privacy principles; the binding detailed text is at hangel.org/gizlilik-politikasi.
Personal Data Protection Policy (KVKK)
Our KVKK processes: consent records, the in-app request form and automatic account deletion after 30 business days.
Information Security Policy
The technical measures we take today (HTTPS, access rules, daily backups, audit logs) and what we do not have yet.
Data and Records Retention and Destruction Policy
Automated deletion and clean-up periods (accounts, audit logs, notifications, backups); "Records Retention" is merged into this text.
Data Breach Response Policy
Detection, recording, containment, notification to the Board within 72 hours and notification of those affected.
Cookie Policy (Summary and Links)
Analytics and marketing are consented separately and do not run without consent; the binding text is the existing Cookie Policy.
Open Data and Open Source Policy
Aggregate figures, open endpoints, RSS and the SBOM are published; the source code is not open source.

Child Protection Policy
Zero tolerance for child abuse: urgent reports, automatic hiding, preserved evidence and referral to the authorities.
Participant and Vulnerable Group Safeguarding Policy
Protecting participants and people in vulnerable situations in volunteering, events, blood donation and disaster solidarity.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy
A platform open to all through 11 languages, accessibility and not asking for unnecessary sensitive data; we do not claim diversity we have not measured.
Anti-Discrimination Policy
No discrimination on any ground is allowed; discriminatory content is reported and removed.
Accessibility Policy
Minimum target WCAG 2.2 AA, higher target AAA criteria; current status and known issues are in the hangel.org/accessibility statement.
Anti-Harassment and Bullying Policy
Definitions of harassment and bullying, reporting and blocking tools and the ban on retaliation.
Gender Equality Policy
Our stance against gender-based discrimination, balanced representation and a gender check in project drafts.
Age Limit and Parental Consent Policy
Minimum age 16 in every country; 16–17 limited mode with parental consent declaration; blood module 18+ only.
Language and Translation Policy
11 languages, right-to-left layout, automatic translation with "show original"; Turkish prevails for legal texts.

Volunteer Management Policy
How listings, applications, organisation approval, hour records, two-way evaluation and experience documents work on the platform.
Event Code of Conduct
The behaviour expected from participants, speakers, sponsors and organisers at in-person and online events.
Volunteer Safety and Insurance Information
hangel does not insure volunteers; safety and, where needed, insurance are the organising body's responsibility.

Formation et certificats

Training Quality Assurance Policy
hangel does not accredit; we monitor training quality through exams, attendance rules and participant ratings.
Certificate Issuance and Verification Policy
Record-based certificates, a verification code starting with H, verification at hangel.org/c and Open Badges 3.0 signing; no revocation list yet.

Finances et dons

Financial Transparency Policy
The calculation rule, reconciliation and month-end transfer records for amounts due to NGOs; no independent audit yet.
Donation and Affiliate Transparency Policy
The commission arrives in hangel's account; after taxes and hangel's share, the rest is transferred to the user's chosen NGO on the user's behalf.
Sponsorship and Brand Partnership Acceptance Policy
Sponsors cannot buy our independence; on the platform the organiser accepts sponsorship and the service fee is recorded at acceptance.
Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions Screening Policy
A closed and narrow money flow, no cash, known recipients; "Sanctions Screening" is merged into this text.

Which channel for which topic: content, service, personal data, accessibility, security and shopping complaints.
Intellectual Property Policy
Users keep the rights in their content; infringements are reviewed on notice and removed.
Community Guidelines
What you can and cannot do on the platform, in plain language.
Content Moderation and Takedown Policy
From report to decision step by step: priority, automatic hiding, the "remove/acceptable" decision and official referral records.
Social Media Policy
Accuracy, consent and neutrality on official accounts; personal posts by employees and volunteers.

Environnement

Environmental Sustainability Policy
Digital first; we have not yet measured our carbon footprint and we make no claims without measuring.
Sustainable Events Policy
Paperless events with digital tickets, QR check-in, online events and digital certificates.

Sujets sans politique distincte

Sanctions Screening : traité dans Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorist Financing and Sanctions Screening Policy. Screening is part of the same money flow; two separate texts would repeat the same rules.
Records Retention : traité dans Data and Records Retention and Destruction Policy. Retention periods must be kept in one table; a separate text would create conflicting periods.
